This Privacy Policy explains how Akadoshin Games (“Ondara”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Ondara website, console, and services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email, and authentication identifiers through our identity provider (Clerk).
Project & configuration data. The game projects, currencies, items, remote config, and other settings you create in the console.
Player data you store. As a backend provider, we process the end-player data you choose to store (profiles, saves, inventories). You are the controller of that data; we are a processor.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data. Basic logs, device/browser info, and analytics to operate and improve the Services.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and maintain the Services, process payments, provide support, send service-related communications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with processors necessary to run the Services, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and our infrastructure/hosting providers. Each is bound by its own data-protection terms.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected with industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls). If you self-host Ondara, your data stays on your own infrastructure and this policy covers only the website and console.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ondara.co.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Children
The console is not directed to children under 13. If you build games for children, you are responsible for complying with COPPA and similar laws for the player data you collect.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
